For resident engagement, scrutiny and complaints teams
Paste your notes. Get an influence report.
Drop in meeting notes, emails or "You said, we did" lines. Resident Influence shows what residents raised, what changed because of it, and what evidence is still missing. Then it keeps every report in a shared team tracker.
How it works
- PasteNotes as they are. Take out names, addresses and case references first.
- CheckSix tests, each scored 0 to 2. Every score above 0 shows the words from your notes that support it. Anything missing is flagged, never filled in.
- TrackSave to the team tracker, fill the gaps as evidence arrives, and export to Word or a spreadsheet for scrutiny or board reports.
Resident influence
Did residents change a decision or a service, and did anyone check it worked?
- Resident voice
- Decision influence
- Service change
- Resident outcome
- Evidence trail
- Feedback loop
Complaints and learning
Was it put right for the resident, and did a wider change stop it happening to others?
- Resident's account
- Finding and decision
- Put right for the resident
- Wider service change
- Checked outcome
- Evidence and reporting
Signposts to the Housing Ombudsman Complaint Handling Code and Awaab's Law, marked "may apply", never as findings.
Microsoft AI built in
Paste your notes and click Make report. The notes are read by Microsoft Azure AI in the UK, the same family of AI models behind Copilot. Prefer your own Copilot? Use the Resident Influence Copilot agent and paste its answer back. Either way, the rating is worked out by the same fixed rules.
Built to be honest
- Ratings come from fixed rules, not from the AI.
- A quote that is not in your notes scores 0.
- Planned is never counted as delivered, and delivered is never counted as a checked outcome.
- Score edits need a reason and show as "Edited by user" in every export.
Join the pilot
Resident Influence is in a private pilot with housing teams. If you would like to take part, join the list and you will hear when places open.
